At ON Philippines, we understand that sometimes a pair of shoes may not be the perfect fit. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please review our return policy below:

1. Returns and Exchanges:

• We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, the shoes must be in brand-new, unworn condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.
• Shoes that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

• To start the return or exchange process, please log in to your [Your Company Name] account, go to your order history, and select the item you wish to return or exchange.
• Provide your order number, contact information, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.

3. Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or via Gcash if payment has been done by cash on delivery within 5 days.
 • Refunds are issued for the cost of the shoes; shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part

4. Exchanges:

• If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when initiating the return process.
• We will assist you in processing the exchange and provide instructions on returning the original pair.

5. Return Shipping:

• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive damaged or defective shoes, please contact us immediately. • We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Cancellation Policy:

• We would like to remind the 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐓𝐋𝐘 𝐍𝐎 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 of confirmed orders. Cancellation fee is ₱7𝟎𝟎 or bogus buyers will be posted!
